I am so happy and thankful for all those who have visited my blog for the past two years and have appreciated all the things I do. Yes! It's been two years since I started this blog to share all the things I love with you guys. I'm celebrating my two year blogversary this 23rd January. Thank you so much for being a part of the WC fam.

Today, I'll be talking all about plaid. It has been the most raved about trend this fall/winter 2017-18. It has been all over the runways and the streets. Whether you are interested in approaching a serious, office look or a more playful, 70s one, this versatile print will most likely turn into your favorite trend for this season. You will probably find it crafted into coats, blazers, pants, skirts, bags etc. Pulling off this trend should be a piece of cake. You can surely play around with this trend.

I decided to go for a pantsuit kind of look but still wanted to play a bit with it. So, I wore my plaid print jeggings instead of the pants. I went for a simple yet chic look which is something I always prefer. Teamed up my jeggings with a basic yet trustworthy white turtleneck sweater and threw on my plaid print frayed blazer. For footwear, I opted for my two tone block heels. Lastly, to finish off the look and also to accessorize a bit, I brought out my black handbag with a scarf which is a dupe for the Hermes Birkin handbag and my cat-eye kind of animal printed sunglasses. Cat-eye and futuristic sunglasses are a big trend this season. You can just mix and match and replace the pieces here and there with something that suits you better and totally pull off this trend.
